Our last seminar saw the National Measurement Office (responsible for enforcing the Heat Network Regulations) defend its corner on a host of issues raised around service charge management that had not been considered in the introduction of the scheme. The key findings from the forum were submitted to government for consideration whilst hitting the headlines: FM World article
This time around we will be discussing the Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) recently passed through parliament amongst other hot topics with a key speaker lined up from DECC to address any concerns.
