Our last seminar saw the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors outline the Code of Practice requirements in relation to managing service charges and the National Measurement and Regulation Office discuss metering for tenant recharging. There was also lively debate on the proposed reform to the Supplier’s Meter Inspection Obligations, the results of which were feedback to the Government.
